a9play provides deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. Members experiencing difficulties with gambling are encouraged to use these tools or contact support for assistance at any time.
By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or using any service provided by a9play (the "Platform"), you ("Member", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the a9play Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and a9play.

Where duplicate accounts are identified, a9play reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or bonus funds therein.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and any subsequent updates is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly notify a9play of any changes to your registered information. a9play is not liable for any loss arising from your provision of inaccurate or outdated information.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your a9play login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party. You must notify a9play support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. a9play is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
a9play may require you to submit identity verification documents (Know Your Customer – "KYC") at any time, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
a9play accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform from time to time, which currently include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without notice.
Members may request withdrawal of their real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds) at any time, subject to the following conditions:
All bonuses offered by a9play are subject to these General Bonus Terms as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("turnover requirements") that must be fulfilled before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and validity period are disclosed on each bonus offer. Bets placed during a game round that spans the bonus expiry window do not count toward the wagering requirement.
a9play actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses; placing low-risk offsetting bets to manufacture turnover; and exploiting promotional errors or system glitches. Where abuse is identified, a9play reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, close the account, and withhold any pending balance pending investigation.
a9play may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Promotions are available to eligible Members only, and a9play reserves the right to exclude any Member from any promotion at its sole discretion. No fake countdown timers or artificial urgency mechanisms are used in connection with a9play promotions.
All games available on the a9play Platform — including slots, live dealer games, and sportsbook markets — are subject to the individual game rules published within each game or market. In the event of a discrepancy between the game result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on a9play's servers, the server record shall be the definitive result.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a9play's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from or related to the Platform or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) RM 500.
a9play shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if a9play has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
a9play does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
a9play may suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Member's account at any time, with or without notice, where a9play determines in its sole discretion that:
Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting a9play support. Upon closure, any real-money balance (net of any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to final KYC verification.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which a9play is licensed to operate.
In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, account balance, or bonus application, the Member must submit a written complaint to a9play support via live chat or email within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. a9play will review and respond to all complaints within a reasonable timeframe. a9play's decision in relation to game results and bonus determinations shall be final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
a9play reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via the Platform or by email to the Member's registered address at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, except where immediate change is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
